BEARS!!

My parents finally took me to my first Bears game August 22, 2009. Here are some pics from the historic event:

This was me tailgating before the game. You're supposed to toss the football around in the parking lot.

Here I am eating. Eating is a big part of tail gating, and I was VERY good at it.

Mommy was good at eating too. I took this picture of her wishing she was eating Doritos.

Daddy put me on his shoulders on the way to the game and I yelled "GO BEARS!" real loud at passersby.

My favorite part of the game was the very beginning when the Bears ran out on the field and they shot off FIREWORKS!

I also liked the peanuts.

FESTIVALS!

Chicago is full of festivals in the summer and I can't get enough! Here's some pics from a few of them:

Mommy and Nana and I went to the St. Mike's Fest in Old Town. Anything to support the church!

Mommy and Daddy and I went to the Taste Friday night. We rode on the ferris wheel and another ride that looked like an airplane and went really high! I told Mom and Dad that my favorite part of the night was the ice cream.

Pool!

Here I am at Mimi & Grandpa's house on Father's Day (Dad was sitting on the hammock with a vodka drink). They got me a pool! When was the last time you had this much fun?!

Easter

1. Find the egg, 2. Open the egg, 3. If satisfactory, put it in the basket & repeat.

1st Haircut

I got my first haircut this month. My mom took me to KidSnips, and they really know how to cater to kids. Check out all the stuff behind me! My mom didn't have a chance.

I was really good for my cut, so I got a balloon when we left!

My new haircut was a real success. Mom and I went to the grocery store afterward and a lovely lady gave me a sucker! It was the best day ever!

SOCCER!

This month I started soccer. Check out my fancy footwork!

Turning 2

Hey everyone - I'm 2!!!!

I celebrated all month long and had such a fun birthday. My friends came over on my actual birthday and sang Happy Birthday to me!!

And now that I'm 2, I can do and say more, like sing the ABC's!!
